Would you trade for this QB ?

How about the Lion's Shaun Hill ?
I'd definitely characterize him as one of those backups that could easily be an effective starter somewhere, and the Lions may be willing to deal him.
He played well, in place of an injured Stafford last year, and is still young.
Obviously not a franchise QB, but better than a lot of the other names mentioned around here for a possible trade, like Orton.
And maybe good enough to carry the team. I'm not sure I like the idea of aggressively pursuing a "franchise QB", since we'd have to give up too much to trade for one, being that we probably won't be in position to draft one ourself.
What would you give up, to aquire Hill ?

This is not feast or famine with Luck. There are 3-4 other qbs coming out that project to being solid pros if not better than that.

Washington should be able to acquire one where we pick in the first round.

It's not like the Redskins are going to be picking #28.
