I try to stop in when we're visiting family in Va Beach. HOF44 I finally found a Picanha roast😃

Baby steps, Man! Baby steps! I also bought some chorizo & some bacon that was in sale. Mom bought some peppered pig jowl for a recipe, and gave us the rest.
I'm frying the chorizo now, and serving it up with a side of black eyed peas that she sent home with us. Snagged some oysters in Tappohannock on the ride home too...

Plate beef ribs are one of my favorite BBQ items. Refer them to brisket.

Are you using the photo icon to add pics? The one to the right of the links?

That’s the one I used. Took me to my camera roll picked the photos.

One of the things I loved when I lived in Europe was going to the Butcher Store going to The Cheese Store going to the baker Etc. I really miss that. A single family dedicated to a single product.

I don’t know if there is a difference by device? On an iPad I use the one to the right of the link icon and on the iPhone I use the one 2 to the left of the GIF option. (Looks like a single photo) Works like intended every time.

I think it's because the file is too large in bytes.
