I love that this coaching staff seems to be far more willing to mix things up, push guys out of their comfort zone, and leave as many options open as possible. I think that's very smart, and it also puts a lot of pressure on individual players to be more versatile, and to have to prove that they are the best guy to fill a position. All coaches spout cliches like 'every guy has to earn his spot', but in most cases we know that is bullshit. With Rivera and company though, it appears that is actually the truth. I love it.
