The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 2

I expected Brazzell, Branch and Fields to all be gone by now. We will have a chance for a good WR if we like any of those guys.

Am actually a fan of this TE class. You don't have the elite guys but the middle class is unusually deep. I don't think they go TE but if they did Sam Roush is one of my favs, Delp too in this range. Jolly. A little early for Raridon.

Keionte Scott might be there, they spent a lot of time on him. KDawg kept though jinxing it saying he won't make it to 71 when it was discussed for some weeks so lets see if it holds up.

I heard possible surgery to replace a bone plug in same knee that had acl repair.

Hmmm... OK.... I have no idea what that means, but it must be on the more serious end for him to fall this far

Shame they still don't have a quarterback.
Well. The are paying for a QB. Even though they don’t have a QB.

These cap hits are insane, and all fully guaranteed so if they cut him they all accelerate to the current year.

Wasn't that weird when Goodell announced Styles and he was surrounded by former players of other teams and mentioned Bobby Wagner being a Man of the Year? He's not even on the team anymore.

One would have thought they would have brought Green, Theismann, London Fletcher or someone identified with Washington to announce it.

Ok, I was being a bit hyperbolic.

That’s all I was saying.

I have more hope for Luke than you do, but that’s a different conversation. I understand the need for a quality WR2 and the disappointment that none of the many guys we’ve drafted have stepped into that role.

They met with Brazzell he's still there.

I've heard Keim mention a zillion times they like Hurst. He's still there.

They met with Malachai Fields.

My favorite WR left is Antonio Williams.

I like Sarratt, too.

And heck I also like Burks, S. Bell. I like Chris Bell but not sure about health.

Okay, we're getting to the point where I'm not worried about Brugler's list now...

Guys I have eyes on:

Keionte Scott, S, Miami
Emmanuel Pregnon, G, Oregon - drafting OL at 71 is underwhelming as hell, though.
Elijah Sarratt, WR, Indiana - I think the RAS keeps him away from us
AJ Haulcy, S, LSU
Ted Hurst, WR, Georgia State
Zach Branch, WR, Georgia
Jake Slaughter, C, Florida
DEION BURKS, WR, Oklahoma
Gennings Dunker, G, Iowa
Chris Bell, WR, Louisville - Injury at the moment makes me more hesitant.

For me to have some hope I need to see some flashes. He hasn't given me that yet.

Congratulations to Bills on drafting the CB who led nation in penalties last year.
