wow, be interesting if there is round 2 in the playoffs against the Lions, those are fighting words. Although I interpret that as the Lions offered him more.

I read it differently. I read it as these were two teams I wanted because both were Superbowl contenders, but the Lions offered more $$$. Maybe I'm being generous.

I get it. OZ knows he would be a reserve and maybe a deep reserve receiver if he re-signed here (if we even offered him a contract.) He might also think that he could be a bubble player and at risk to be a camp cut if we draft a receiver.

I'm sure you guys posted this already, but it looks like we re-signed Noah Igbinoghene. Glad to see him return. At 25, he still has some upside and is a pretty good depth signing.

Listening to Hoffman with Marc Bullock. Ref Tunsill, a point I didn't think about was that with Coleman they tended to help him out with a back, TE etc chipping. With Tunsill that essentially frees up a fourth potential reciever that we often didn't have last year.

It's a novel idea that people are getting starting opportunities elsewhere when they would have been role/depth players here. We used to be the team taking other peoples depth and making them starters!

Needed a backup center. Didnt have one on the roster. I am actually feeling pretty relieved after today's signings. We are wide open for BPA in the draft now. Gotta remember last years roster took us to the NFCCG. And some of todays signings will not make the final roster.
