The 2025 Free Agency Thread

Love the patience of AP. He's got this! Like last year, watch this fella make some great moves like last year.

Last time a tackle of this caliber was traded was probably Trent Williams.

I love this on its face, but why the Texans giving up an elite LT? That’s craziness.

They have a list of players that they need to pay and next year CJ will likely become the next highest paid QB. At the same time Tunsil would want a new contract next year.. it was a situation where they could't afford everyone they needed to pay.

This thought came out of a conversation with gbear2

Mike Jackson is a corner I wanted us to pursue at the trade deadline last year. He's established himself as a very solid CB2 in this league the past couple years. He is an underrated player who I think fits the system given his size and physicality. Played for Ken Norton and Izzo in Seattle so there are ties

I found someone who doesnt like the Tunsil trade. :)

Micah honestly seems like He'd love to be here. It is never gonna happen, but he has heaped praise on Jayden in his podcast, loves Quinn, etc. I'm not even going to bother picturing Micah with the Commanders. Jerry would send him to Siberia first.

I wonder what our plan at safety is. Could we possibly be planning on giving Tyler Owens a try?
