I think the biggest legitimate criticism of Wright was how he and the front office handled the name change.
Had it not been for them badly bungling that whole endeavor, many of the other things that happened (Portajohn photos, stadium leaks, the ST memorial, etc...) would've been much less harshly received. But for most fans, it just appeared to be clueless blunder after clueless blunder. But I think there's a difference between being over your head in a job you probably weren't ready for and in a very tough situation, and being a bad guy. Just my opinion.
As Chris has stated before, we don't KNOW these folks. We may think we do, but we don't. For example - Dan Snyder and/or Ron Rivera may have played a major role in some of the bad decisions that Jason Wright took the fall for. We just don't know.
