Ok but there is no way we win if Dan Snyder wasn't such an Ass. Think about it.
 
I get the same post game interview vibes with Daniels that I got with Joe Montana. He’s so relaxed. Even more so than Mahomes.


His scrambling was devastating. He knows how to protect himself better. His throws were great with a few exceptions.

Wagner, Luvu, Biadasz are Probowl level players.
I loved the effort from everyone.

Can’t wait to rewatch it.
 
If we get a franchise LT and move Coleman to RT we might have a top 5 OL.
That JD threw 4 TDs to a couple of players who were roster bubble guys says everything. If we get a big body stud WR next year to go opposite Terry, our offense will really take off.

Plus, add the fact that facing the leagues supposed #1 defence, our offense started with our our number 2 and 3 receiving threats (Eckler/NBrown) and then lost DBrown too.
Some Eagles fans moaning how it would have been different with the ejection of their starting safety (I forget his name…) but that was a self inflicted wound.
Suck it up Eagles.

And, need we all need reminding, this is Quinn/Jayden year 1. He’s a rookie!!!

This year, while proving to be special, is only the start!!

Starting to fear that lattimores hamstrings may be chronic and the saints may have pulled a "dotson" on us but even if that's the case ya can't win em all.
 
If they are chronic let's hope they are chronic in the way Gary Clark's were. He played every game on bad hammies.

It is fair to say they are and that is why a top 10 corner was sold off for a 3rd.

I think spending big via FA or draft currency for an upgrade at LT is the most important move we can make this offseason. The issue is, when it is all said and done, I think the only LT worth pursuing who will actually hit the market is Cam Robinson and he will get way overpaid by someone for who he actually is as a player.

There are plenty of older reliable veterans we can sign at receiver to reasonable 1-2 year deals to till us over another year (Hopkins, Thielen, Allen, Cooks, Hollywood and probably Samuel).

We stole that win. I'm glad we did and we stole it by executing in the most important moments (plus being the beneficiary of a lucky drop), but having been on the other side many times, I appreciate the post. That's the kind of loss that stings.
 
I don't believe there is anything wrong with saying it was luck their starting QB went out, this changed the game so obviously as the Commanders could now load the box as Picket was not much of a threat. That's not the same as committing 5 turnovers, some forced out by great plays by the defense. A turnover is something you commit, an injury to the opponent's starting QB is something that happens to you by chance, like a very reiliable dropping an easy catch for what probably would have been a game sealing play. Not the same.
 
I don't know DGF, it depends. We see QBs have non-contact injuries, and so yeah, that can probably be chalked up to 'bad luck'. But QBs who take off and get knocked out of a game due to a big hit or tackle, whether concussed or not - that's not just about luck. Turnovers can be 'lucky' as well (a WR runs the wrong route, a ball is tipped perfectly to a defender, a receiver slips or falls down, etc...). I probably land in the 'you make your own luck' camp.

I'll tell you what's really bad luck - having Jalen Hurts at QB in your fantasy football semi-final matchup :(
 
I had all 3 kitties around me...they ran fast & hard when I started screaming. I was texting with my mom in VA too, she didn't get her ear split open.
Having the first 15 minutes of GMFB dedicated to our game is sooooo gratifying.

Yeah but our QB took off and made plays too and he was not knocked out of the game. That's luck in my book and as we saw it had an enormous impact on the game. Suddenly the announcers stopped talking about Barkley and the record once Hurts went out.

I completely agree. If JD were to get hurt next week "taking off to make a play" against Atlanta, I doubt that anyone here would classify it as Atlanta making their own luck vs. Washington being snake bitten (very unlucky) yet again.
