Gotta think Bezos is coming with some Brinks trucks

Place your bets, fellas.

Where is the trophy for the best comment of the year. Well, at least the best comment since Theismann.Best potential owner since Theismann.

the momentum has to continue at this point
Eventually the masses can force the few to make decisions... straight up Game of Thrones style. The reaction this has created with EVERYONE running with it, is just further ammo for the rest of the owners to continue to take action. They HAVE to see how big of a deal this is.. that their business is better without him..
As far as Bezos, he's the most logical, easiest dot to connect. He's local with the Washington Post, he's got the money, and there have been reports previously of his interest in the team. A lot of reasons why he would be the easy answer.

[/QUOTE]Can you all imagine a PRO-Washington football Washington Post?
So, do ya think Ted Lerner is gonna make another run at the team if it comes to an outright sale ? I've seen his name tossed out there with Bezos.
While Lerner did great for a time with the Nats I'd dread him being the Commanders' owner. For the past few years, the Nats have been a minor league farm team that every good team poaches from.he's gonna have a hell of a check coming his way pretty soon...

I would LOVE to know what is happening behind the scenes to instigate this move... Whether it's reorganization for minority ownership, etc? I don't see this playing out well for him if he just wants to play that game....
