Ya know, in all the years I've watched him coach, I've literally never seen that man smile, one single time.

Maybe he's just publically showing that he's one of those 'alpha dudes' but I suspect that it has more to do with working for that guy up there.

I don't recall seeing him smile either but I've only paid attention to him twice a year for the last however long, not much of a sample size.
