Redskins FA Signings Thread

With Aaron Ross now set to visit, does that indicate if a deal is struck that D. Hall will soon be on his way out of town?

Next thing you'll know, I'll be expected to give up my Atari too. NEVER!!!

So, Ross is a starter on a Super Bowl team that beat Tom Brady and yet he is catalogued as a depth player for the Redskins behind Hall and Wilson?

Amazing.

The continuing image in my mind is Dez Bryant and Victor Cruz taking D Hall and going past him like a speed bump on a suburban road.

BT, this is what I'm hearing. But could it be a smokescreen of sorts. I haven't heard it directly, but a few of the insiders have said that DHall is a target to be traded.

Just going on a hunch here, but I'm wondering if Moss, Hall, and another player is being shopped as a package for a reasonable price.

Losing the Moss and Hall contracts would add $10M in cap space for the Redskins in 2012.

I wonder if the Redskins are planning on keeping that in reserve for the balance of free agency when a lot of other teams have spent all their dollars? :)

Thank you Om for explaining the ç.

Boone, you have to hold down Alt while typing the sequence 0, 2, 3, 1. Not all at once, but in a row.

I suppose no one anticipated the Redskins acquring a player whose last name was French..................

You mean Creole? ;)

As for the "C" with the squiggly thingy. I have a MacPro,

command + 0231 = first website in my bookmarks.

But since Google is my friend, for those with a Mac it is hold down option + c = ç

The name is French, the language and culture is lagely Creole.

Haitian-Creole is also a French-based language.

I don't want this to get out of hand, I was just yanking your chain Bulldog. There is a large contingency of Haitian-Creole in the West Palm area where Garçon is from.

Now, let's go out and lure Winston to DC!!!

Winston was quoted as saying he wanted to "win now," and gave a list of teams he'd play for. The Redskins were not on that list, however the Rams & Chiefs were. If he's listing the Rams and Chiefs as teams that will "win now," maybe he's not smart enough for the Shanahan scheme. :D

I wonder if he just doesn't want to play for Kyle...

Outside of the top 6-7 teams in the NFL, who knows which teams are going to pop up and win year to year?

It doesn't look like St. Louis or KC is going to make any noise in 2012.

But both clubs have a lot of cap room and Winston is looking to hit the mother load.

Garçon will be changing his number to 15 and letting Hank keep 85.
