There is no patience for process in the NFL. While I haven't watched the Panthers play this year, Reich was a first-year head coach there with a rookie QB. What did Tepper expect?

I don’t know what kind of coach Reich is, but they are a mess with no prospects of turning it around. According to Panthers fans, Reich wanted Stroud but the owner wanted Young. You see how that has worked out. I don’t know if that is true, but giving up all that draft capital and getting the wrong guy is a recipe for failure. Hmm, why does this all sound so familiar?

The refs in last night's game were absolutely horrendous. If anyone from that crew gets a playoff game it will be plain to see they don't care about being fair.
