I feel sorry for a number of the younger fans that only have Snyder as a guidepost to judge an organization and look at Baltimore or Kansas City as the type of an organization that is impossible for us to build without divine intervention 
That leads a lot of them to propose massive trades and free agent signings to change the fortunes without understanding it is doing 1,000 little things correctly in the offseason that lead to a better result in 2024.
