I've never had a regretful feeling about letting Cousins go tbh.

As for Sam, we will wait and see but I do have high faith in the kid.

Cousins never could get over them playing RG3 over him. I really think that stuck in his craw and he was never going to get past it.

Not signing Cousins is probably the best personnel move in Bruce Allen's whole career.

Cousins hasn't exactly lifted the Vikings franchise to new heights.......

I think that proves the point. Cousins would’ve been the best starting QB we’d have had since Joey T.

And he wasn’t that great.

I think both things are true and that tells you what kind of QB desert we’ve been wandering in for most of this franchise’s history.

I don't think we would have been a contender... stable.. but never truly contending.

Cousins has always been an accurate passer. Being able to deliver the ball accurately can cover up a lot of other deficits and that pretty much describes Cousin's career. He'd have been light years better than what we got after his departure. Whether that results in more success in those seasons is the question. I have to believe it would've gotten us a few more wins and maybe a few more early playoff exits, but not more than that.

This is very raw, but bring back the jerseys we wore under WFT that was identical to the Redskins, just replaced the name across the chest with Washington, add the Gold / White stripes to the helmet, and run with the White over Burgundy like we work in the golden era.

Dan did a lot wrong but losing the name isn't on him. It would not have mattered who owned the team, that pressure would have sooner or later become too much and the name would have been changed.
