If they were so capable and confident of their abilities they wouldn't do that shit. But They didnt. They cheated.

If it makes you feel any better, I feel kind of dirty that I am seemingly defending the Patriots. I just see a bigger problem than them is all, and I really don't want the bigger problem lost because of distaste for one group. Especially when some of the garbage going on to that group is the same underhanded BS done to us.

You sanction the stuff on them because you don't like them, you are paving the path for it to happen to you. I know I really don't have a say in anything, but I'm not going to just go along with it.

You are correct, there are clear signs of bias there. It doesn't change the facts, that prior to 2006, it was not cheating for signals to be filmed. As I stated earlier, the article just puts it in a clear form, but that data has been there the entire time.

It was not illegal for them to film signals prior to 2006. In fact, most (read: all) teams were doing it. They broke a memo "rule". They got tagged for it. I am fine with going along with them deserving it, do not doubt. But to have such ire about them in regards to it is rather biased compared to what actually happened.

Shi, we've already gotten screwed. The cap penalty was a joke. I'd have had NO problem whatsoever if anyone on this forum stopped watching NFL games because of it.

Now it's happened to someone else and it's a team I happen to detest. Good. They deserve whatever badness happens to them, imo.

Goodell sucks, and is a major problem for the league. His hypocrisy knows no bounds. Thr NFL has a major problem with Goodell. The fact that major problem has karmically screwed the Pats is fine by me.
