No plans in place, that I know about. Just a matter of time before a developer jumps in to build...something. The last tenant, DC United, is leaving for thei new stadium, next year I believe.

Oh I agree that trading down while fleecing another team is definitely the BEST idea...if there's a partner that is. Just thinking about the options if we have to pick at the 5 spot.

If someone offers us that for number 5, we better jump on that faster then a fat kid on a ham. I will say I'm not going to freak out if we take White in the 1st. Garcon is counts for $10.2M next year and DJax is a FA after this season (barring a resign/restructure from either) and I have 0 confidence in Roberts carrying any sort of starting WR load to this point. We are going to need to address WR at some point soon, so if a guy like White is available, it might be worth it to jump on it... as long as were not leaving a huge deal on the table.

Going BPA by taking White, Cooper, or Marriota, fills holes that maybe there in the future and gives them an advantage of learning the system before becoming a starter similar to how Pittsburgh and Green Bay operate

filling needs can be benificial to as you grab OL with top picks but it seems you do tend to reach some when drafting for needs

djax is a FA after 2017 not this year

We have to consider WR in the draft with an eye toward their departures in the near future.
