Skins aren't tied with the Vikes. We're a half game worse, due to their "Tie Game".
So, in fact, it's impossible for us to tie them in the draft order, unless the Skins end up with a Tie Game, themselves.

But to answer your question, we're actually tied with the Falcons for #2, behind Houston.

Giving up all those draft picks for Griffin isn't nearly as big of a deal as some are making it out to be, because presumably they would be later picks in the first and second round and their value would decrease.

There is no doubt in my mind that we give the Rams either the number 1 or 2 pick. It makes me sick to my stomach how bad of a football team we are.
 
Why do I keep hearing the Vikes and us have the same record...the Vikings have a better record than we do.

We are 3-9 and they are 3-8-1.

Only one person in this thread implied we are tied with the Vikes, and I already responded to that.

You may have mis-interpreted my earlier comment of "Skins, Texans, Falcons, & Vikings now have the worst records" - as I was not implying that we all have the same record. I was just indicating that we are the bottom 4 teams, in no particular order, and that it was ironic that none of the bottom 4 teams were in the poll.

Would be just our luck that the first time the Skins have the #1 overall pick it goes to another team. Maybe we've had the first overall before but it had to have been 50+ years ago.
