Too bad none of that is relevant.

Heinicke doesn't have to play another down in his NFL career....and he will STILL be in the NFL longer than Howell will be.

Heinicke can play and Howell cannot. It's that simple.

Maybe you can explain why Heinicke was able to win on this sorry team, but worthless Howell and worthless Wentz cannot.

You would think that you would learn not to insult people after being 100% wrong about Wentz.

But some people never learn.

I told you that Heinicke was better than Wentz 18 months ago and I was 100% correct. Therefore, this "simple" guy has a much better batting average than you do.

And Howell has no future as a starting QB in the NFL. And I will be 100% correct about that as well.

You guys know I have always hated the power-mod thing where website staff take joy in mocking and banning folks (after constant threats to do so). I think it’s a shitty way to treat people even when they may somewhat deserve it.

But I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone less interested in ‘discussion’ vs. repeating his same beliefs as immutable facts no one else is smart enough to agree with. It literally is nothing more than posting stuff to get other members to react. Theres no value in that and it just brings out the worst in us.

You are 100% correct. That guy has an agenda and isn’t interested in having discussions. Even with his multiple registrations, he isn’t trying to engage in conversation. He is just aggressively pushing his position. I was ignoring him because you never feed a troll, but it was getting overly obnoxious. So I’m glad you stepped in.

A troll is a troll, and a roll is a roll, one is doughy and one is made of dough. Yeah if you're going to try it "again" maybe don't go all the way to "11" to start.

Sam has one more season to prove that. After season one - you would have said the same of Aikman, Manning, Josh Allen.......

It could be argued that except for win/loss record, in many ways Sam is having a better first season than these 3 had second seasons.

His Comp % is well beyond any of the 3. Only Allen is better in INTs. He is likely to have more yards after 16 games than any of them (already has 1000 more than Aikman did for the season).

I know football is, in a lot of ways, a different game now but what Sam is doing is low-key brilliant.

I'll say this again, if this defense were Top 5 as billed in the pre-season, this team is giving up an average of just under 19 points a game and has a record of roughly 9-5. Granted, no exercise like this works out perfectly and all I did was give us the win in every game where the offense scored more than 19 points.

But a Top 5 defense gets more turnovers and does so in great positions for the offense. A Top 5 defense also likely scores some points themselves. All of which means more points so maybe we win a couple of games where the current offense didn't put up 19.

It's all supposition and I am admittedly a homer for Sam, but is it really all that hard to imagine?
