Blind leading the blind?

In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king, just call me cyclops.I was thinking the same thing.

oh and I was gonna say "high school Oline, where they put the fat white kids who cant run fast" although to be fair I had a quip ready no matter what position you played, lmao.
My problem with his accuracy has little to do with dropped balls, although less drops would of course increase his completion percentage. Also, from memory, Jason suffered from just as many last year as Donovan this year imo.

And yet I either heard or read just a couple weeks ago that we are near the lead in the league for fewest dropped passes...
Now I just need to see if I can remember where I heard/read it.![]()

Haha, damn you.
They let me run the ball once or twice in practice, and it always took at least 2 tacklers. If only I had been fast, I'd have been Toby Gerhart before Toby Gerhart even existed!
Well, so much for the dropped passes excuse I guess.
Interesting that Indy & NE are 2nd and third. Imagine if Manning & Brady had our receiving corp.![]()

any team that has Donovan as the QB is gonna have to throw the ball a lot to make up for the dirtballs and overthrows, its been his MO his entire career. add in that we havent had a steady running game and you have a recipe for throwing the ball more than we would like.
I dont think that his large yardage total means much, the offence has had a long field all year and we arent scoring even when given a short field.
Not me! Snow day here! Enjoy your work, I will enjoy my day off, thank you.

either way...enjoy our snowday! build a strawman...ooops...I meant snowman. and I do enjoy my work....
At times I find your posts, well they are what they are. This^^^ was about as funny as I have seen in a while, better than the jabs between Ryman and Lanky the other day! What's even worse for the argument is that we've thrown the 6th most passes this year, so our drop-percentage is relatively low also.

I still disagree with you on the "have to throw more to hide the QB's deficiencies" thing. I think its more of the fact that we haven't had a running game all year long, due to 1) Torain not being called up immediately, and 2) Torain being injured.
As far as the "short field all year long" - we're 3rd overall in KR yards (12th in average ypr), so that's not a valid excuse either. Besides, long field or short field, if you can't run the ball you're passing.

Boy, I really do love this place!
