I’m sure this has occurred to you guys and/or you’ve already used them but the old media guides that were painstakingly scanned once upon a time may have some great old photos too.

I'll have to revisit those.

The Media Guide Library is available in the drop-down menu when you click the 'Media' tab.

I think what we are going to unfortunately find is that the quality of the scanned images in most instances is not going to be good enough to create a quality banner image. But see what you think.

Well - a quick perusal... I think there are some cool ones that we can clip and use. Just depends on the quality of the image in the guides, and the quality of the scan.

One of the labors of love of this site is updating the 'Rotating Image Banner' photo library. We probably have close to 5,000 classic, and in many cases, unique photos in our library now. If you log-in to the site via phone only, you are missing out as the image library that is constantly cycling in our banner is only visible when viewing the full site.

I cannot begin to tell you how much work has gone into finding these images, editing, resizing, uploading... We added another 65 images today - some of them of and/or submitted by our members. So thanks!

Suffice it to say, kudo's to us for doing it. It's one of the unique bells and whistles we offer here.
