No one said they were all stops, but since you mention it I thought i'd look at what the results actually were.
Here's the break down of runs going left*. I've bolded the plays Jackson made the tackle, and italicized the plays that were bad (for me that means 5+ yards on the play). Now it's important to note that i've never done this for orakpo so I don't know how it compares, and they also switch the out OLB's so some of these plays Jackson had absolutely nothing to do with (both good and bad) and there's no way to know without reviewing the game film
:

(8:22) 42-B.Green-Ellis left end to WAS 40 for -2 yards (50-R.Jackson, 59-L.Fletcher).

(3:02) (No Huddle) 42-B.Green-Ellis left end to CIN 47 for no gain (26-J.Wilson). FUMBLES (26-J.Wilson), RECOVERED by WAS-26-J.Wilson at CIN 47. 26-J.Wilson to CIN 47 for no gain (42-B.Green-Ellis).
(1:41) 42-B.Green-Ellis left end to CIN 13 for -1 yards (50-R.Jackson, 59-L.Fletcher).
(8:34) 42-B.Green-Ellis left end to CIN 39 for 9 yards (56-P.Riley, 41-Mad.Williams).
by my math that's 12 plays, 48 yards, averaging 4 yards per play.
I have absolutely no idea if that's good or bad, I have nothing to compare it to and I'm not doing that work. Just wanted to break it down for those that care.
In my opinion a 4 yard average means (theoretically) a team can just run the ball left and get 12 yards ever 3 plays which means constantly moving the chains.
If you strip out dalton's ridiculous scramble that average drops to 2.58 yards/play, which is much much better. Kind of subjective how much, or even if, that matters though. Not sure how I feel about it yet.
*I came up with this by simply searching through the play log for the word 'left', and weeding out redskins plays and Bengals passing plays. This may or may not be a flawed strategy for compiling such a stat. Were this to be done for a job I'd expect the person to actually go over every play on film. I'm obviously not doing that
