Official Game Thread - Week 17 - Christmas Edition - Cowboys @ Commanders

Smart clock management making it a one possession game and kicking off before the two minute warning.

I know its not popular to say but Sinnott is a good blocker. TEs are often slow developing.

I’d give Sinnott another year before throwing in the towell. Even Suter who is cynical about some players is intrigued by him

Looks like my boy Bill is having a good game? Anybody got some stats for him from todays game?

Honestly, I don't hate the result other than the injuries.

Bill great run.
Six sacks.
Kept the draft position.

This needs to be answered for. What the hell
Keim's been making this point all season. In basically every podcast, he's mentioned Newton and Magee, intimating that he doesn't understand why they aren't on the field more (and with Newton, using him in certain ways....like today).

Look at the box score, Cowboys dominated plays, yards, time of possession, 4th down conversions, etc. The game was not as close as the score.

It was good to see guys like JCM, Newton, Moody, and Sinnott contribute though. And the uniforms looked good.

Red zone offense Washington 1 for 3. Dallas perfect in the red zone

Thought the team was fiesty today and the effort was fine, but Dallas was teh better team which sucks.

Plus, a few really generous first half Christmas gifts from the refs.

The defense actually played okay in the second half. We got a good game from Deebo, Bill, and a couple others shined. Frankly, I expected worse.

I legit thought among others that this would be a rout. They’ve played with skeleton crews all season but this was the peak version of it. Give me Josh Johnson and 2/5’s of the starting O line with no Rodriguez and lets take on the Cowboys varsity.

I expected 50 to 3 or something nuts. So I was beyond pleasantly surprised.
