Official Game Thread - Week 14 - Commanders @ Vikings

At least Quinn didnt piss away a timeout like he typically does early in the game
 
14-0 Vikings. Commanders drive is 9-yards, 3-and-out? Or did I miss something, it was over kind of quickly.
 
Game is borderline unwatchable. Uninspired and lack talent. That isn’t a good combination.
 
This is one of the most frustrating halves of the year. Just letting this trash QB move against us at will.
 
Wow, are we going to be done with the 1st half in just 1 hour? Wonder if that's a record.

Plus side, Jayden Daniels looks fine.
 
Complementary football - down 14-0, the defense finally makes a stop. Let's see the O get 7.

Nobody celebrated that, what are you talking about. Locker room was like a funeral while Quinn gave his post-game speech.

Fans treated it like a moral victory, which has nothing to do with the team
 
Von Miller made a huge sack to force a punt before the half. Big time play for the old man, that’s why he’s a Hall of Famer.

So I went to bed at 10:30 last night slept for 2 hours and then I was wide awake so I took a sleeping pill and woke up to this shit at 115. WTF?
 
Bad decision by JD on third down. All day to throw and he chucks it out of bounds to stop the clock.

You are right - to be fair, the announcers and many others outside of "fans" gave the Commanders a ton of credit for the moral victory. You are right though, the team in the immediate aftermath didn't show that.
 
Idk. This coaching staff is just uninspiring. A lot of last year’s magic was Jayden playing out of his mind mixed with some lucky magical moments that can’t be repeated (or at least can’t be planned for)
 
Terrible, terrible football in that first half. Damn.
