Jayden didn’t have much to work with to be fair the start of the season. He cost us the Bears game with the fumble though. Today, no excuses..he looks awful. Still gonna be a top 5 qb in the league no doubt in my mind but this whole season needs to be punted.

Can we still trade JD for Maye?

Haha - if you think that JD is the problem...
no. Maye doesn't get asked to do even 50% of what JD is called on to do.

Is it the coach’s fault he is playing poorly?

My guess is he is rusty, thinking too much about the injuries, pressing, or some combination.

He also looks hurt again. That would be 4 injuries in 6 games played.

It’s too soon to say we picked the wrong guy, but it’s not too soon to wonder.

Something looked off with JD early in the season even before he got hurt, consider me in the concerned camp.

It's not too soon to know that Kliff cannot call a good enough game to keep JD healthy.

We do not disguise well. There is 0 hesitation in their pass rush.

Should have just drafted the guy in the first place. I liked all 5 of the top QB's in that draft. But Maye was number 2 for me by a long ways. Daniels frame and build scared me. And it appears I was right to be scared.

JD needs to work on running to his left…. as he progresses. It’s getting ridiculous.

And his ability to throw on the run is nom-existent this year. Always running.

Throwing on the run was never his specialty in college either. If he was scrambling he was running 99% of the time.

if you dont think JD is the problem.. you need your eyes checked. i dont know what you're talking about.. Maye can do everything JD can (slightly less mobile but makes up for it with his arm strength, size and football iq). This team has plenty of problems.. and currently JD is one of them.
