When: Sunday November 21 - 1:00 pm
Where: Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte, NC

The Washington Football Team is coming off one of the biggest upsets of the last 30 years. Can the defense show up again? Does the offense have more of that late game magic? Talk it up!

not necessarily breaking news..

Not shocking Cam will get the start. If nothing else it is nostalgic and fans love that.

Does he even know that offense??? Seems like a desperation move.

At this point all they've got is that. They aren't winning the division, their star running back is hurt.

Beating their old coach with their old QB is gonna sell big tickets.

McCraffrey is playing ... and well. Last two games:

In Week 9 against the Patriots, the running back had 18 touches for 106 yards (5.88 avg). Last week against the Cardinals, McCaffrey had 23 touches for 161 yards (7.0 avg), with the 5 extra touches coming in the passing game.

Keeping that guy under wraps is the key to the game Sunday. He's the real deal.

I think Cam has just enough left in the tank to take advantage of our depleted defense, weather he knows the panther system or not. His game has always been improvisation. Even though Brady was made to look bad last week, he's not a scrambler like Cam, and that's a sore spot for our D. We'll see...

Newton's not good. At all. Not as a passer, and not as a scrambler. That's Cam from 5-6 years ago.

Anything can happen - we all know that. But I think you shut down the rushing game and McCaffery, do your best with the DL we currently have to get pressure on Newton, and take your chances. It's the Panthers D that is the bigger challenge.

This defense just dominated a very good Bucs team and a QB who is 20x what Cam is.

I have fake faith in this Sunday. I won't be watching since I'll be at a tournament, but I have a feeling we get this one.

We play like we did last weekend, we'll win plenty of games. The question is, where has that been and is it a sign of the team starting to 'get it' and gel, or was it just a heroic one off effort. Guess we'll start to find out on Sunday.

It could be we were just hyped from remembering the playoff loss. Who knows. I'm just happy we won!

So we've lost another DE.... :cautious:

Boy...we sure thought we had enough before the season started...

I want to hear Antonio Gibson's name being called often on the broadcast today. He is our most important player on offense and his production/performance often dictates how we fair on Sundays.

Seals Jones is the one that's gonna hurt the most.
