NFL Pickem: Week 8 Results

Week 8 of the 2010 NFL season proved the most unpredictable yet. After shaking the cobwebs out of my head, I discovered we had an eight player tie at 9-4 this week. Our top eight included servumtuum, SNF, tugboat, CoolBreeze, Slacky, China, Jimbo, and Walking Deadman.

Tugboat again seized the overall lead for the year, boasting an impressive 76-41 (65% accurate) record. Burgundy Burner and Shi no Tenshi are close behind both at 74-43, followed by Jimbo at 72-45. SNF, micks113, Boone, and Slacky stand at 71-46 for the year. And CoolBreeze rounds out the top 9 at 70-47.

We'll see if BGO NFL Pickem players can return to their former mind-boggling accuracy in Week 9!

Thought for sure I would drop down to about fifth place or so, but it seems that last week was a rough one for many participants.

Thanks for catching that Slacky! My bad folks - I did not update the final scores to include Sunday night and Monday night finals. Sorry about that - I am regenerating the results reports and that may change some things. I'll correct in this thread and notify you when the new results are up.

Special kudos to ANYONE crazy enough to pick the Browns. As for the Dallas game, the ONLY way that could have been better would be if the Pack had shut them out.
