New Site Feature: Introducing 'BGO Classifieds'!

In our effort to continue to provide more features and functionality for our members than any other Skins fan site, BGO is excited to announce the opening of our BGO Classifieds forum. Our Classifieds feature will allow our members to buy or advertise Redskins and NFL-related gear of all kinds. We'll also provide a venue to advertise non-Redskins items for sale. If you like, you can even provide buyers the opportunity to make payment for items directly to you via your PayPal account. Post photos and a description of your item in the applicable forum, set your price, tell us how long you'd like to run your ad, and that's all there is to it!

BGO Classifieds is also a great place to put our membership to work for you, searching for specialty items, advertising member services, or posting up employment opportunities to our membership. The possibilities are endless. BGO Classifieds is a free service for all our registered members, and we encourage you to use it at no cost. Premium BGO members have a few more bells and whistles available, such as being able to bold, italicize, or highlight their ads to stand out from crowd.

We hope you'll utilize this new feature - its just one more way we're seeking to meet our members needs and help make BGO the most comprehensive Redskins fan site on the web.

Pricing? I licked my index finger and put it up in the air. Truthfully, I don't care if I sell any of the 3 items, mostly just wanted to give folks an idea starting out how the ads appear. I have some really nice memorabilia that I'd never sell, including autographed helmets from every era.

Good idea.....I got some Redskins items, in particular Lavar jerseys, that I wouldn't mind selling.

One question, will there be a forum to sell/exchange tickets?

Not sure if the Redskins would have issue with it.

another quick question.....I may have a green parking pass that I'd like to have somebody take off my hands for the Rams game (I may have finagled a platinum pass), could I sell that here or should I just stub hub it until everything is clear?

Just sold a green parking pass......

There was one bug in the system.
When listing the ad, it asked me for the price of the item and then asked me the shipping cost. So it was $35 (item) and $5 shipping.

When the buyer tried to pay for said item it only came up as $35. I wound up modifying the ad (removing the $5 shipping and making the item price $40).

Not sure if that portion needs to be fixed, or if in the future we just need to list the item price and shipping in the item price section and then clarify shipping in the ad itself.

I like the set up however and expect me to be putting more items on here very soon.

Thanks for the heads-up brother, I'll investigate that - it's probably a simple fix....
