Name That Washington Player

New England - Chicago - Washington - New York (N).

Probably best remembered in the burgundy and gold for running into his teammate during pre-game warm-ups, resulting in both players being ruled out with injuries.
 
It's a tough one and I was trying to get it without searching.

Plus, maybe it's more of an offseason thread when we are bored to tears in the football drought that is summer.
