We have had requests to enable members to ignore forums or threads. I have installed a modification that makes this possible.
In any forum, you will see an 'Ignore Forum' option. I discourage the use of this option only because you will literally not see the entire forum again. But it is an option. More likely, if you find a particular thread annoying, you can click on the '...' menu at the top right of any thread and select 'Ignore Thread'. You will be asked to confirm you no longer want to see this thread on the site. If you confirm, that thread will no longer be visible to you. The only way to view it in the future would be to go to your user profile, select 'Ignoring' and unignore that forum or thread.
We understand there is some content that may be of no interest to a specific member, or which the user may find personally annoying. You now have the option not to see it at all.
