Everytime I get mandatory Windows 10 updates on my Windows tablet, it breaks my internal webcam. Every. Damn. Time. I am usually not able to successfully uninstall the updates (they just keep reinstalling) and sometimes I'm able to revert back to a system restore point that fixes the issue. It's just a major pain in the ass. I bought an external webcam today and hopefully that will fix the issue. Very frustrating.

Finally solved it. Had to uninstall the internal camera via the device manager (as well as the camera driver). As soon as I rebooted, everything was back to normal. But I do want 2 hours of my life back Microsoft…
