Swimming is great for you. Good cardio and no pounding.

Nice!
How long have you been studying?
Congratulations! You are a bad***!I did a few different styles over the years. TKD, Ju Jitsu (Brazillian and Japanese), Muay Thai, and a little Ninjitsu. That was way back in my 20s. I stopped when we had our oldest daughter and didn't get back into anything until a couple years ago when I got into Wing Chun Kung Fu. Only did that for a year when my Sifu moved away out of state. then my whole family started training in a traditional southern shaolin style of Kung Fu that we have been doing now for about 16 months.
Congratulations! You are a bad***!
Yeah. For me, I just always overlook it. I might do 1 or 2 days a week, but really, it's pretty much the most important component to sports and strength training and it should be hit most days of the week. Maybe by 2015 I'll have it up to 3 days a week regularall I can say is, for me, core work SUCKS!

Granted, she is a yoga expert and her class is difficult, but I don't think I've felt that uncoordinated and unathletic in a long time! Oh well, I may have looked silly, but it was a great core workout.
