34 on the bike...don't do the running thing anymore...

Impressive. What have you set your fuel goal at?34 miles in the cold rain this morning, continuing to feel stronger, especially in the legs on hills. Down 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Kenpo P90X to finish the day later. Met my goal on my Nike Fuelband by 1pm![]()

I'm not quite sure about the "normal" daily goal either. I read somewhere that 3,000 is for someone who's relatively sedentary (desk job) and works out occasionally. 4,000 is for someone who's relatively active during the day and works out regularly. 5,000 is for someone who is extremely active, etc.I started pretty modest - 3000 - which I am consistently hitting. Today, I'm at 5720 already and trying to decide if I have the energy for P90X tonight. No idea what a reasonable daily goal is though![]()

Yeah, pretty much.

The guy in the brown pants with the blue pad on his helmet is one of my haunt partners and one of my very best friends in the world. He also happens to be an amazing sword fighter who I get to spar with nearly every weekend. Every once in a while I even score a point on him.

), so I decided to take a rest day.

All this talk if running speed inspired me to try some intervals today.
Half mile in 6:00 (5 mph)
Half mile in 3:45 (8 mph)
Repeat three times. The fast halfs were pretty rough but got easier each time. I guess thats good.
Legs are a little sore now.
