Good Morning!

Whoa! Has it really been a month since someone's posted in the Good Morning thread?

Gotta fix that.

A hale and hearty good morning to all the fine folk here at the new and improved(!) BGO!

May everybody have a wonderful weekend, enjoy yourselves as much as possible, spend time with family and friends, watch tv, eat, drink-if you do that sort of thing-, play golf, fish, wander the Web, cook out, run, walk, whatever it is you do to get out there and feel just how good it is to be alive! Seriously, I mean it. :)

The clock is ticking and it won't be long before we see our beloved Redskins on the field. see jut how Robert G.'s knee is working, check out the new rooks and FAs, see how our injured warriors have been healing and prime our throats for yelling and screaming for our Skins.

Enjoy the weekend and let the anticipation begin! HTTR!!

I posted to it yesterday, but that was when the site was on some wacky tobacky and I had to clear my chache and reload IE. SS replied to it too. Guess we were both lost for a while.

Oh yeah...

Good morning.

Slept in this morning, just now having my 'morning coffee' - man did I need it! Coming off a 2 week stretch of working my *** off and I was exhausted and discouraged last night. Sometimes, you just need some unconscious time to wake up refreshed and with a better perspective. My daughter Tara is home this weekend, so going to spend some time with her. Biking tomorrow. Have a great one everybody.

You ROCK man! If you ever feel discouraged, just come here and know how so many of us apprecaite you and the staff's work for us so freaking much! Enjoy your time with Tara!!

Good morning BGO! Kick today's ass and tell tomorrow to watch its mouth because its next!

Be great today!

Good morning, BGO! I had a kick-ass weekend, and really did not want to come back to work today. Nevertheless, I'm going to kick some ass today, so I can get to next weekend even faster! :)

Not exactly morning, but I wanted to share regardless...

These last few days have been so great! As I grow older, I am able to relish the good things in life a lot more. Yeah yeah, I know...there are times I want to choke someone and thank God I have internet social media to vent or I would likely be in trouble, but I am truly savoring life today.

1.) My wife is incredible! She has her faults and some are difficult to over look, but that woman is simply amazing!

2.) I love my son beyond measure! Many of you know I lost my father almost 5 years ago, but this boy reminds me of my dad every day! I often wish he were here to see his grandson, I will be sure that my son knows who is grand daddy is.

Here they are:

3.) I have such good friends. While my network of friends in my local area is wonderful, I still hang out with guys I have known since elementary school, I am amazed at the friendships I have created online...especially fellow members of the Redskins' social media fraternity!

4.) I am blessed to be doing what I love for a living. Everyday, I have the opportunity to have a camera in my hand and my efforts are paying dividends...not just financially either.

5.) I preface this last bullet point with the others for no other reason than to simply emphasize why I am feeling so nostalgic. Last week, I had a feeling...I knew my wife was pregnant! Unfortunately, I saw what appeared to be proof that she was not pregnant. Apologies for the detail, but I was very disappointed to know my feeling was wrong. Later that day she approached me and asked me to promise her she would never have to stop playing music. I said of course! To which she told me she was pregnant! At the age of 45 I am going to have my second child in as many years.

Life is good! And thank you all for being a part of it! Even you t-...;)

Congratulations Brian. And it is morning on the East Coast. :)

Look forward to seeing new pics by next spring.

Same question that was posted to Mike...

Do you prefer a boy or a girl this time? No preference?

Umm...is that really even a real question BB? I mean, I am primeval after all... ;)

Boys! Spread the seed! I want quintuplet boys this time!

I think I'm going to add 'seed' to the banned phrases list...
