I'd like to see two more model runs - Saturn has lost some of its punch over the northern plains, but should pick up some gulf moisture. Euro model can be tossed out now - not reliable this close in. NAM and GFS could give us a good idea with two more model runs - all by early evening.

I want to see if these two models and other short term models take this storm out to sea or transfer to the coast for a strong nor'easter.

Good morning, my friends. Hope this lovely Saturday morning finds y'all doing well.

I had a bit of a rough week. Banged up my Jeep, apparently didn't get the job I was hoping for, and work's been tough, but today's going to be a great day. I have some laundry and a little cleaning to do, but other than that, I'm taking a "lazy day." A much-needed Saturday off, just to slow down and chill out.

I hope y'all get a chance to do what you want today, whether that be going somewhere and doing something, or just doing nothing. Have a good one!!

They get them imported from Louisiana so theyre good to go

I don't think crayfish are local here. I'm thinking about doing that with blue crabs in the summer

I was asking how they are cooked. In Texas, a lot of places in Texas boiled crawfish first kama then sprinkle seasoning on them when they're done. the true Louisiana method is to add the seasoning to the water while they boil, to the seasoning soaks into the bugs.
