Game Week - 2020 Week 16 - Washington vs Carolina Panthers - TV Map Included (WED) - Game Flexed to 4:05

I think this is a game where Riverboat Ron shows his face. I'm calling a big trick play for a TD today. We'll either flea flicker for a big score, fake a punt for one, or pull an onside kick when it isn't expected that leads to a score. I just have a feeling with so much on the line Rivera is going to pull out all the stops.

Not sure if he'll be active. Good question.

This is not getting enough attention but everyone is just assuming the Giants are going to roll over and play dead today vs. the Ravens.

Whether we like it or not, Week 17 at Philly could still have meaning to our team even in the event that we beat the Panthers.

I don't know about you guys, but if there were ever a game where I wanted to see my team just come out and seize control, physically manhandle the opponent, and dominate from start to finish - it's this one. Show us that this team, Dwayne Haskins under center or no, really is different from all the other pretenders we've been teased with over the years.

The division is there to be taken.

Take that ************!

have not seen the official inactive list yet

Inactives:

Surprised Miller isn't dressing.

Hudson yet another late round rookie that appears to be ascending

Once again - conventional wisdom, in this case that starting Dwayne Haskins gives you the best chance to win - is wrong.

Think Ron waits until Feb or releases him tomorrow Boone?

They'll deal with Haskins in a manner that is the least financially penalizing.

Hoping Haskins is cut tomorrow, but figure it will be at seasons end. Heinicke should have taken over at the half, he outplayed Haskins hands down. Smith can't go next week, and Haskins trots onto the field, I won't bother watching. Real shame, Haskins was the only negative of what has been a perfect weekend...

They won't release him. They probably still think he has trade value...lol. I'm just glad that particular experiment is likely over.

There can't be any other team that gets fewer home field calls than Washington does. The fumble call on the Haskins throw, brutal. The early whistle on what might have been a difference-making fumble was absolutely brutal. The ticky-tack holding call late - brutal. There were others. I've literally never seen a team that gets zero break from the refs at home.

if you havent already proven why the 'C' isnt on your chest...

Haskins is done here. He’s not going to win any games for us. The drama last week was enough to seal his fate. He came out tentative and with the same poor mechanics.

This team had no life with him on the field. And the coaches have zero confidence in him.

With the ball at the Carolina 16 after the broken play gain to Cam Sims Turner never allowed Haskins to even attempt to challenge the Panthers end zone, down 20-3.

You can’t play like that in the NFL and hope to win.

It’s a joke when you see CJ Beathard come out as the #3 and throw 3 touchdowns in relief.

Haskins has never produced like that even once.

If you aren’t going to throw the ball in the end zone down 3-20 tothen you need to start Heinicke next week.

This offense needs an enema.
