I'm not sure we will ever be a consistent winner again - ever - with Little Nicky running the show. Zorn is in over his head, but I really hold no animosity for him, his hiring was a crap shoot and it's come up snake-eyes. That's more a reflection on Snyder than him, in my opinion.

Interesting thought I had today - that we may have wildly undervalued the quality of coaching during the Gibbs II era. Maybe we'll look back on his second tenure here much more positively given how this more talented team is performing.

Little Nicky. Not sure which is better between that and Lord Farquaad.

I think the ONLY way we might become a consistent winner again is if Danny gets rid of Vinny, hires a REAL GM, and plays the hands-off owner like Bob Kraft. Just sign the checks Danny and leave ALL football decisions to someone else. Just give it a try. It CAN'T be any worse than what you've already been through.

this team has more talent on it than the 2005 and 2007 teams that made the playoffs.

Gibbs was made fun of because he took two timeouts in a row in a game, but no one can question that his teams came out and gave 100% effort.

The team under Zorn has had some very questionable losses dating back to last year, where I thought the real difference on the field was not talent or X's and O's but rather motivation and intensity.

The worst thing you can say about a coach is he can't get his players to play hard and with focus.

The talent is largely up to the GM and front office to assemble.
