That is exactly what we needed to do. Although it would have been better to get the TD to end the half, couple the FG with exactly what we needed to do to start the half we have a chance at a comeback...only 7 back now.
 
Well, the Shanahans answered the bell coming out in the second half. Anybody have confidence that Haslett will do the same? We need a turnover.
 
We don't even need a turnover - we just need solid D and stops. We do that, we can still pull this out.

I said we should see more of Royster at the end of the 1st half but Morris is showing heart. I think it was more about run style...we should be switching it up some against this defense. They are pretty quick.
 
Hate to be a downer, but it's been a while since Haz has impressed me coming out of the half.
 
I think we are just too short on talent yet. I still think we're 2 more years out due to the cap debacle.

We need Fred Davis to continue to have an impact. Our WRs aren't going to be enough today.
 
You couldn't ask for a better start to the half. TD on offense, 3 and out on D.

Marvin's fake field goal attempt and Shanahan's decision to go for 3 before the end of the half are two smaller points to pay attention to as this game continues to play out.
 
If the run game gets going the WR can be a factor. We just need to stop running Griffin! Let the RB's run the damn ball!

This is playing out exactly how we needed to start the half. Dare we start "hoping?"
