They need to forget he can run and run this offense like he's any other QB who can throw accurately. His scrambling needs to keep plays going, to used for designed plays.

John, I just got home from my photo shoot. I am just getting caught up. I wanted to see who had the ball first coming out of half time.
 
This is a disaster so far. Utterly ridiculous. So many adjustments to make, so little time to make them.
 
Oh - I'm just being sarcastic El. You may decide you were better off working... I'm so tired of the Redskins ruining my Sunday. I'd like to believe they can come back, but the truth is, I don't believe it. I'm always wrong thinking this team can over-achieve. The best chance we have is my predicting they can't come back.
 
We're lucky to still be in this game down 14. It's imperative that we score on the opening drive in the 3rd quarter, establish some offensive momentum, and put the pressure back squarely on the shoulders of the Bengals, who for the most part seem at ease and comfortable.

This second half will be very telling in terms of the ability of this coaching staff's ability to make adjustments and rally a team when facing adversity.

I think if we see more of the same, it casts some serious doubt on the Shanahan regime going forward.
 
We need to sign Jay Gruden as our HC at the end of the season. Our coaching staff is pretty pathetic.
 
Haslett made no adjustments last week, as far as I could see. Not sure why we would think he will today? I'm thinking we will all be frustrated even more in an hour and half...

If you're wondering when was the last time the #Redskins rallied from 14 down at the half to win -- at home -- the answer is 1987 (vs. NYG).
 
The reason I asked about who had the ball coming out of the half is because if we have a good drive to open the half, get a TD...it's a new game. But, I think I am with Boone...I am so tired of unrealistic hope for this team it's almost painful. Once again, this team is just not as good as we think it is, even with a new shiny toy.

Between our line and our secondary, we will have a long season. My 8-8 prediction is looking more and more like a fantasy.
 
Way things look we will give Rams a top 5 pick.
