Discipline isn't optional in football. It is the very core of the NFL enterprise. That sense of both self-restraint and dedication, as well as group accountability, starts at the top with ownership, flows through the front office and down through the coaching staff to players. And that is what the Redskins lack at every level.

i agree sarge and this franchise needs a culture change along with the way they do buisness.

The problem is, the one area that this franchise rocks at is making money. As long as the danny's offshore accounts are getting filled, I don't think he cares much about the rest. Oh, he may say he wants to win, but he bottom line is what really matters to the danny.

We'll see if that changes this year
