I hope scenario number one applies to EVERYONE, even RGIII. I don't want anyone thinking they own the starting job; better if everyone thinks they have a shot at it, makes people work that much harder to get better.

I think the Biggers signing is evidence we are not bringing Hall back.

My guess is the team will play the bargain game and try to find a veteran after the draft like Winfield that may not have found a home.
