I think the speed here ties to them thinking Blough is truly special and the lack of other quality options available beyond McDaniel (and perhaps Stefanski).
For DC, there seem to be a lot of qualified folks available. Where they could screw themselves is if the Atlanta cycle takes longer than other processes. As we know, staffs can fill quick. I think the signaling is Ullbrich is at the top of their list and are waiting to talk to him. Otherwise, they could go hire Morris, Graham (who is getting HC interviews) or Wilson tomorrow
I don't think Raheem is taking defensive coordinator interviews yet. Still dealing with HC interviews and supposedly contemplating doing TV. Listening to Keim it feels like Raheem is as strong a candidate as Ulbrich if he becomes avaliable.
