When I've heard 'culture change' here over the Rivera tenure, I always took that to mean that the folks inside the building acted as professionals. They carried themselves with class, treated people the way they deserved to be treated, embraced diversity, and had a professional and appropriate workplace. When they said 'culture', I feel this is what they were referring to.
I have always felt that building a WINNING culture is a completely different thing, and much more difficult to do.
I hope Peters and Quinn do know how to do it.
