I'm not convinced he is 'pining' to be a HC again. I think we assume all coordinators want that - but his experience in Arizona may have soured him on the idea. I would be surprised if he doesn't do at least 3 seasons in DC.

if the right choice came, along he would take it .dallas does,nt seem like the right choice.
 
Maybe. But he did a great job in Arizona and got fired anyway. He may be happy where he is. Not everyone is the same.
 
Isn’t Kliff making like $6M for the next couple years from his buyout? If so, Dallas probably can’t make it worth his while enough, even if he thought about being HC, plus he may want to stay with JD, and try and win a Super Bowl. That would instantly put his name at the top of a lot of team’s list.
 
I’m nowhere near convinced that KK is currently down with having the main job. He has been fairly open about not enjoying the slew of responsibilities included with the position. It sounds to me that he very much loves what he’s doing now.
 
That Giant Cowboys game was really really bad. But mostly due to the giants REALLY SUCKING SO BAD and Dallas playing bad but getting help from the refs all day.
 
I agree that KK is probably not going to uproot his family to go to a very unstable situation in Dallas. How great was it to see them lose a game after blocking a punt that should have set them up for the win?
 
Kliff isn’t married and is reportedly also not still in a relationship with his former influencer girlfriend.

So, there may be reasons why he would prefer to stay but his family isn’t one.
 
I actually don't think that Dallas is all that attractive. Prescott's contract is an albatross. They're cap strapped with a number of major players due for re-signing. Plus, Jerry Jones is becoming Dan Snyder. When I think of their high-end talent especially on offense I don't know how much they outshine us.
