Celebrity Passings

Alan Arkin passed away today at 89 years old. Shame, was a great actor.

Maybe one of his lesser known roles, but my favorite of his is the Captain from 'So I Married an Axe Murderer.'

Sad thing for is I immediately think suicide. Her son did it, and it seems that a lot of my generation is killing themselves.

Terry Funk
Bray Wyatt

WWE lost some good ones.

WWE lost some good ones.

The fact Funk lived as long as he did after what he put his body through is amazing it self. Wyatt/Rotunda - such a young generational talent, sad all around in the pro wrestling universe this week.

Bob Barker - 99

Man was a part of my every day life for my entire life in one form or another.

RIP Bob.

Jimmy Buffett, 76.

I hope he’s having boat drinks and a cheeseburger in paradise.

I knew a lot of folks who are 'Parrot Heads'. He's one of those artists, like Kenny Rogers, who just have an insanely passionate fanbase. RIP.

David McCallum, 90

The Man from U.N.C.L.E and NCIS

Orioles and baseball great 3rd baseman Brooks Robinson has died at 86.

I put this in the Orioles thread, but it deserves to be here too. What he says is highlight of his career is simply amazing.

Suzanne Somers dies at 76 from breast cancer "Three Company" and "Step by Step!"
Singer Rudolph Isley 84 of the Isley Brothers fame
NFL HOF Bears Dick Butkus 80 over medical complications
Legendary actress Piper Laurie 91

That is pretty shocking. He has always seemed troubled despite his success. Very sad.
