I'm waiting around to see if the Colts keep Tevin Mitchell on their 53 man roster despite the fact he is out for the season.

Grigson is a poor GM. He trades a #1 pick for Trent Richardson who was a bust and then signs 33 year old Andre Johnson to help put Andrew Luck over the top?

Keim indicated the Redskins could be looking for a veteran TE, offensive lineman and safety in the final round of cuts.

I agree with everyone on Ross, but two things are a negative. Lack of special teams and thin frame.

I can't imagine that we can't get *something* for him. Honestly - he's gotta be worth a 5th rounder at least - but the problem is teams have to believe we may not release him. Our best opportunity for a trade is if we have several teams who want him. Going to be an interesting couple of days.
 
Griffin is going to have to waive the 5th year option for a trade to be palatable to other clubs.

John Keim was talking about picking up an offensive lineman. How about Cyril Richardson OG from Buffalo. He was a 5th round pick in 2014 and was a finalist for the Outland Trophy as a senior. He's 6'5 and 339 and only 25.

Richardson is very powerful as a straight ahead drive blocker but has never been pushed to get into top flight physical condition to improve his quickness off the ball in pass pro and durability to play 4 even quarters as a starter.

Seems Callahan might be able to apply the necessary 'boot to ass' to get Richardson to maximize his preparation and technique.

We keep Josh LeRibeus on the roster and he is never going to be a power blocking wonder at guard and he doesn't have the skills to beat out Kory Lichtensteiger at center.

So, he's basically a half full glass that doesn't seem destined after 3 years to be any more than that.

I think we need to move on from him and bring in guys that with some coaching and being put in the proper strength and conditioning programs project to having a higher upside.
