Warren Sapp still in the Bucs ring of honor and he’s had multiple domestic violence incidents. That’s what makes this such a symbolic move. They don’t really want to go through all their players and their coaches past. The Bucs did have Dungy, Brooks, and Dunn so they have definitely had some amazing men on that team. But they have also had some questionable characters. I think anyone with sense understands that’s football and it takes a certain type of person to play the game. They aren’t saints and they are being honored for what they did on the field. Most are not honored for off the field.
Gruden should have lost his job if he can’t lead his team. But trying to act like he never existed in history is ridiculous.
