Other than homemade blackberry cobbler, a pie - of any kind - is definitely my favorite dessert.

We've all had breakfast for dinner, so why not dinner for breakfast?
Our local family owned grocery store, (Geresback's Food Market), had Carolina lump crab meat on sale for $16.99lb.
Mrs. Skinsfan made crabcakes last night and we had a couple left over, so I fried 'em for breakfast and made a sandwich on toast with a little Duke's mayo & cocktail sauce. I scarfed it up without taking a pic..

I was recently visiting Memphis and experienced some very interesting breakfast sandwiches:

2 fried eggs, avocado, home made pastrami, apple wood smoked bacon, provolone on grilled marble rye. It was supposed to come with mayo also but excluded it. I did put a few dabs of a mello tasty hot sauce they had.

One fried egg, Black forest ham, smoked turkey, apple wood smoked bacon, and cheddar (they called for swiss) on powder dusted French toast

My brother and I went to our favorite Irish Pub in Charlotte last night, Ri Ra and I ordered their Irish Breakfast for dinner. Couple of perfectly cooked over easy eggs, bangers, black pudding, sourdough toast, and some sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes. Guinness. It didn't suck.
