Chat room is always open, figure things will start getting rolling in there around 7:45 or so.
 
Ive always been in chat on my phone today Im on my PC where is the chat room on the site - I can't find it
 
Scroll all the way to the bottom, there should be an 'enable chat' button.

There will then be a bar across the bottom that says "you haven't joined any rooms" which when you click on it will expand the chat function

Another way to pull it up is to drop down the 'Members' arrow and it's there. If you do it that way it will pop it out in it's own window

Also if you are using the function that has the bar along the bottom and want to open Chat in it's own window, it can be done in the chat settings of the room you're in

Feel free to ask questions when you are in there Tom, some of the functions are not intuitive...
