OMFG! I just made the playoffs in my pay league oMatt Schaubs last second TD pass! I was down 70 points entering the night with Foater, Schaubf, Rackers and Bradshaw playing tonight. Thought I was done for sure.

I'll send you the stack of columns I have saved on my desktop. They may be a little dated though. The first one I started, when you first told me about your little idea, is about how the Redskins can make the playoffs.

I also have one about how the Caps are the kind of team that will never go on an extended losing streak, or give up more than a couple of goals in a game.

And finally, there's one about Carl Edwards being the darkhorse Sprint Cup Champion this season. Cause I know how you love the NASCARS.

When half the league is a no-show, funny things can happen. I'd hoped for more participation than this, but what are you gonna do?

And Om's team has been pretty good all season; if he'd actually paid attention, he might have been a higher seed. So he won in spite of being an absentee owner; but as the 6th seed, he barely squeaked in. If other owners had been paying attention also, he might not have made it in.

Well, I guess I should do SOMETHING graciously this season, and so here it is.

Congrats, Jaimie. That was an ass whooping to the Nth degree. This is only the second time I've played a FF season with you, and the result was the same. In the end, you made like John Cena, and I "can't see you."

Goaldy, you've made this a lot of fun. I really appreciate that. It's good to get to know you a little bit better over here in the "small pond." But just like Christmas presents, good things come in small packages, and I really appreciate this community, and the people like you who make it what it is.

I've had a great time this year, especially those few weeks in first place. But it's the camaraderie that's made it so much fun. I'm already looking forward to next year. I've already built a brand new medical facility at HogEx Field, and our training staff has been replaced. There will be no changes in the front office though, or on the coaching staff. I think we're on the right track.

Thanks a lot to all for a great season. And best of luck to the two squads that are left; managed and un.

I've taken fake douchebaggery to such a level that even my efforts at sincere compliments are examined with a fine-toothed comb. (And no, just to be clear, that's not a reference to any beginnings of male-pattern baldness you may be experiencing.)

We'll have a stronger game next season. This was my first ever FF experience, and I didn't understand half of it until it was too late to make much of a difference. I think we had several other first-timers as well.

We need to work out the draft someway that's more fair. I had an early conference call the morning after and just couldn't stay up that late. I know, I know. Man up. Yeah yeah yeah. We'll work on a better system next year.
