Haha, honestly this week I didn't check any of my scores until Monday, at which point I had it all locked up. So no, I wasn't concerned one bit. ;)
 
I was holding out hope to get a 1st round bye up until 2 weeks ago... :-( If I make it out of the 1st round I like my chances.
 
Well I took one more big swing at it. Injuries have just destroyed me this year. But the guys are excited. We're in the dance. And if we play the way we're capable of, anything can happen. :)

MP has Adrian Peterson and the Eagles defense left.

I have Boldin and Derrick Mason.

Even if Peterson gets, say, 30 points against the Giants defense (unlikely), and the Eagles D scores 12 on Dallas; Boldin and Mason only need to combine for 9 points to secure the win.

In the unlikely event I get by Lanky and win this thing this year, it'll be my crowning fantasy achievement; having lost my QB and top RB for the year, losing my #2 RB for 5 weeks, Harvin and Garcon being injured on and off, etc, etc.

Indulge me for just a minute?

Yep.

That's why this sig hasn't bothered me, and has stayed up as long as it has. I consider it my gift to the less fortunate, who know they had NO business beating me. :)

So....what? A 39-point lead or so heading into tonight. I've got Boldin and Mason against a horrid Texans secondary. He's got Peterson against a stingy Giants' D.

I project that we win; with 85% of precincts reporting. :)

OMFG! I just made the playoffs in my pay league oMatt Schaubs last second TD pass! I was down 70 points entering the night with Foater, Schaubf, Rackers and Bradshaw playing tonight. Thought I was done for sure.

I know no one cares, but I am in, baby! Got a chance for $1200!
